Alyssa Grace teased "bloodstream" on TikTok in April 2026 before releasing it in June 2026 and including it on her debut EP "spilling my guts." [1] The song debuted at No. 93 on the Billboard Hot 100 in the chart week dated late June 2026, her first Hot 100 entry. [2] By early August 2026 "bloodstream" had climbed to No. 45 on the Billboard Hot 100, alongside the July 24 EP release and Grace's announcement of headlining concerts in New York, Los Angeles and London plus Australian and New Zealand dates supporting Alex Warren. [3]
