"El Árbol" was released on September 4, 2026 as the lead single from Camilo's fifth studio album "Para Cuando Sean Mayores", which came out on September 9, 2026. [1] The song had its televised premiere when Camilo performed it at the Premios Juventud 2026 ceremony in Marbella, Spain, where he arrived with two nominations, for "Carteras Chinas" with Elena Rose and Los Ángeles Azules and for "Si Tuviera Que Elegir" with Ricardo Montaner and Evaluna. [2] The 13-track album was conceived by Camilo as a set of life instructions for his daughters Índigo and Amaranto, and "El Árbol" is its opening reflection on the passage of time. [3]
