Why it's here

This version sampled A Tribe Called Quest's 1990 song "Bonita Applebum", which itself samples a riff from Rotary Connection's "Memory Band". [1] It became the first single ever to debut at number one on the German chart and was that country's best-selling single of 1996, while also being the UK's best-selling single of 1996. [2] The Fugees' version won the 1997 Grammy for Best R&B Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal, and its music video won the MTV Video Music Award for Best R&B Video. [3]
