Why it's here
Journey spent 2026 on its farewell "Final Frontier" tour, and on August 18, 2026 the band was reported preparing for the tour's last leg, which begins in September 2026. [1] The 1981 single, which peaked at No. 9 on the Billboard Hot 100, became a catalog fixture after David Chase used it in the June 2007 series finale of "The Sopranos," with iTunes downloads jumping from about 1,000 the day of the episode to 6,531 the day after. [2] The RIAA has certified "Don't Stop Believin'" 18x Platinum, the highest certification for any song first released before the digital era. [3]

Every place this record has lived. A solid chip states a fact and carries the citation that earns it; a dashed one is a connection somebody drew, and carries their name instead.

Every date here is the date the source chart covers, never the date we fetched it. Sources publish on different lags: the Spotify mirror runs about two days behind, TurnTable publishes weekly. One recording, one history: this table also counts the rows sources published under 2 other handles of this record (remasters, official videos).
