The chorus line "Annie, are you OK?" comes from Resusci Anne, the dummy used to train people in CPR. [1] The music video, staged as a 1930s gangster club, pays tribute to Fred Astaire's Girl Hunt Ballet scene in The Band Wagon. [2] Jackson and his dancers perform a forward lean of 45 degrees that appears physically impossible, achieved on film with cables and a harness. [3]
