The song went viral in the United States after Seattle radio station KEXP filmed the band performing it live in a Reykjavik living room in 2010, which broke the track before its official label release. [1] "Little Talks" reached the top 10 of the singles charts in several countries and peaked at No. 20 on the Billboard Hot 100 following its December 2011 release. [2] Of Monsters and Men released their fourth studio album, All Is Love and Pain in the Mouse Parade, on 17 October 2025, ending a six-year recording hiatus and putting the band's catalog, including their breakout single, back in front of listeners. [3]
