The cited reason

"stupid song" was released to radio as an official single on July 13, 2026 (having debuted alongside Olivia Rodrigo's album You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love on June 12), and this radio push is driving fresh discovery in mid-tier markets like Slovakia, Lithuania and Ukraine right when their charts climbed. The momentum is amplified by a large TikTok dance/choreography trend (Sam Nelson and Samantha Elmer routines) and viral fan edits pairing the track with the Prime Video series The Summer I Turned Pretty, which helps explain its strong Shazam performance across multiple markets.
