The 1997 Verve single closes the 1999 film Cruel Intentions, one of the placements documented in the song's release history. [1] NME reported in October 2025 that the track was being issued on 7-inch vinyl for the first time, after Richard Ashcroft performed it in his support slots on Oasis' reunion tour. [2] Sportsnet used the song to open its coverage of the 2026 Stanley Cup Final. [3]
